Experience of penetrating and building business relationships in many countries like Sri Lanka, Maldives, Africa and North America. Helped many companies understand the entire process of outsourcing. Managing and coordinating the information flow between customer and technical teams both onsite as well as offshore.

Has helped couple of startup companies become successful in the past by formulating their business strategies and build their marketing infrastructure. Been part of the team which was responsible for the Market research and successful launch of a internet commerce product in the US. Built strong relationships with large corporations like UTC (United Technologies Corporation) and Danaher Corporation in the US and other countries for offshore development. Has been responsible for setting up many ODC (Offshore Development Center) teams. Has helped many small and large corporations understand the process of outsourcing by formulating outsourcing strategies and helping them achieve their business goals.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics from Mysore University and a certified Novel administrator. Attended many sales and management training programs.
